At Neurotek, we are committed to complying with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and upholding high standards of data protection. As a provider of AI and digital upskilling programs for corporate clients, we respect the privacy of individuals and organizations that interact with us.

In alignment with the PDPA’s 11 Obligations, we confirm the following practices:

1. Consent Obligation: We collect only email addresses with the individual’s explicit or implied consent, typically through registration forms or sign-ups.
2. Purpose Limitation Obligation: Emails are used solely for sending updates, newsletters, and relevant course announcements. We do not use emails for any unrelated purpose.
3. Notification Obligation: Individuals are informed at the point of collection about the purpose of email use.
4. Access and Correction Obligation: Upon request, individuals may access or correct their stored email data via our Data Protection Officer (DPO).
5. Accuracy Obligation: We take reasonable steps to ensure email data is current and accurate at the point of use.
6. Protection Obligation: All stored email data is protected with reasonable security measures, including encrypted systems and restricted access.
7. Retention Limitation Obligation: Emails are retained only as long as necessary for marketing communication or until the individual unsubscribes.
9. Transfer Limitation Obligation: We do not transfer email data outside Singapore unless proper safeguards are in place and aligned with PDPA requirements.

No other personal data (e.g., name, NRIC, phone number, address) is collected, stored, or processed by our platform or services.
